Europe, you can now officially be frightened (if you were not already after the Ukraine embargo). Putin is not fooling around anymore and he's got the gas to prove it.

I was reading about some German solar companies, and one concern they had going forward for their capital planning was whether the ridiculously generous German subsidy would remain in place over the next few years.
I'm guessing that, with all of these recent events, those companies are resting easier.
